Terms of service

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version, published at jordix.net/terminos, is the one that governs; if the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.

Scope

These terms govern the use of the website jordix.net and its AI chat, and describe the conditions under which Lead and the services of Jordix IA are contracted. The owner of the site and provider of the services is Jordi Egea Mas, an individual with business activity, domiciled in Xalapa, Veracruz, México, with email info@jordix.net.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the site. Contracting Lead or any service is also governed by the written agreement we sign with you.

Lead and the services

Lead is an AI-powered CRM, offered as online software, that attends to conversations with prospects on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and other channels, qualifies them, schedules appointments and alerts the business team when a person is needed. The complementary services of Jordix IA are AI automation, web development, AI consulting and integrations.

Lead and the services are contracted through a written agreement with each client, which sets the scope, price, service levels, duration and obligations of each party. That agreement prevails over these terms in everything it governs. Nothing published on jordix.net constitutes a binding offer or replaces a written proposal.

Using Lead with the Meta channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) requires the client to hold the corresponding accounts and comply with the policies of those platforms. The client is responsible for informing its prospects of how it processes their data and for having the legal basis to do so, as described in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use of the site

You may browse jordix.net freely and contact us through the means it offers. The following is not allowed:

• Using the site or the chat for unlawful purposes, or in a way that damages, overloads or interferes with the service or with other users.
• Attempting to access areas, systems or data you have not been given access to, or circumventing the technical measures of the site.
• Extracting content from the site by automated means to reuse it without permission.
• Impersonating another person or giving false information when contacting us.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaches these conditions.

The AI chat

The jordix.net assistant replies with a language model. It is meant to guide you on what Jordix IA does and how Lead works. Bear in mind that:

• It is an artificial intelligence and it can be wrong. Its replies are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
• It is not advice of a legal, tax, technical or any other kind, nor a binding offer. Nothing it says about prices, timelines, features or conditions replaces a written proposal from Jordix IA.
• Any commercial commitment is formalised only in writing, with a person from Jordix IA.
• Do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information into the chat: it does not need it, and it is processed with an external provider, as the Privacy notice explains.

We may modify, limit or withdraw the chat at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The names and trademarks Jordix IA and Lead, the logo, the design of the site, the texts, images, software and the rest of the content of jordix.net and Lead are the property of Jordi Egea Mas or are used with the authorisation of their owners, and are protected by Mexican and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

You may view, download and print content from the site for personal use or to evaluate our services. Any other use (reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly communicating or commercially exploiting the content) requires prior written authorisation.

Contracting Lead grants the client a right to use the software for the term of the agreement, under the conditions it sets. It does not transfer ownership of the software or of the trademark. The data the client and its prospects enter into Lead belongs to the client.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are cited only to identify the channels and providers we work with.

Limitation of liability

We take care that the information on jordix.net is correct and up to date, but it is offered "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change it without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the site or the chat will be available without interruptions or free of errors. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent the law allows, Jordix IA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the site or the chat, or for decisions made on the basis of its replies.

Liability for the provision of Lead and the contracted services is that set out in the written agreement with each client.

Links to third-party sites

jordix.net may link to third-party sites, such as those of our clients or providers. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them. Check the terms and privacy policy of each site you visit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the law or our services change. The governing version is the Spanish one published at jordix.net/terminos, with its last-updated date; this translation is published at jordix.net/en/terms. Agreements signed with clients are modified only as they themselves provide.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the competent courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, México, and waive any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
